About Rhiannon

Rhiannon had her spiritual awakening in 2012 and brings a very spiritual approach to her practice and everything she does.

Today, Rhiannon is a holistic practitioner and has helped people with cancer and other chronic conditions gain knowledge and health through her informative sharing of what’s she’s learned over the years about nutrition and all things holistic, alternative and spiritual. Rhiannon aims to empower her clients with information so they can decide for themselves what is right for them. Rhiannon believes we need to be in charge of our health.

Being our own advocate and learning everything about our illness is the best thing we can do for our health. When you learn the body WANTS to HEAL, it makes sense to give it the nourishment it needs to do so- instead of what conventional medicine has told us- surgery, chemo, radiation… or pills etc…

There are countless ways to heal and these are a few of Rhiannon’s faves!

She hopes you enjoy feeling amazing!!!

Rhiannon has obtained various licenses and certifications in order to make this dream possible. She is a colon hydrotherapist, massage therapist, nutrition coach, holistic aesthetician, and is also trained in energy work.

She enjoys all things nature and animals, dancing, playing and soaking up all of the special moments life has to offer.

Rhiannon lives in sunny Sarasota and is married to a loving and supportive husband who helped make her dream possible. She also has 2 amazing stepdaughters who are thoughtful, sweet and fun to be around.

Rhiannon woke to a serious diagnosis December 23, 2011

She had stage 3C ovarian cancer and it had spread to her entire abdominal region and other organs close by. The doctor told her she needed an emergency hysterectomy and that she needed to follow with chemo as soon as possible following the surgery. Rhiannon was scheduled for a total hysterectomy five days later.

After the surgery Rhiannon was turned onto some documentaries that helped open her eyes to the cancer industry and big Pharma. She made a decision after six weeks of healing from the hysterectomy to not do chemo. Instead, she chose a radical lifestyle overhaul, changing everything about her life, what she put in and on her body and how she managed her stress. She began meditating regularly, adopted a totally holistic approach to healing herself- trying every holistic or alternative modality she could ger her hands on. The deep layers of healing continued on- and still do at times, as life is a profound & beautiful journey into oneself.
